HOW DO I RETURN AN
ITEM?
To return an item, you must
pack the item, together with a filled-out return form, and then drop it
off with your desired shipping solution.

Once we have received the
package, we will credit your money back to your used payment method within 3-5
business days.
You will receive an email
confirming this.
Free GLS return labels will
be provided to customers from the following countries: Denmark, Germany,
Belgium, and Austria.
You can return items within
90 days. The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them.
Items in unsuitable or used condition will be rejected and returned to you.

Germany, Belgium, and Austria, and didn’t find a return label in your

FOR HOW LONG CAN I RETURN MY
ITEMS?
You can return an item
within 90 days.
WHEN DOES MY ACCOUNT GET CREDITED, AFTER I HAVE SENT AN ITEM BACK?
Once we receive the items at
our warehouse, we will process the return, and you should have the money within
3-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirming the processing of your
return.

money within 5 business days, please contact customer support at

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED
TO ATTACH WHEN RETURNING ITEMS?

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS FOR

Yes – however, to ensure
quick delivery, we ask you to return the unwanted size, and then place a new

All Norwegian orders include local taxes and duties paid, so there are no additional costs for you.
I DON'T LIVE IN THE EU - WHAT KIND OF FEES CAN I EXPECT?
Depending on residence country, you might be subject to extra shipping, handling and import fees.
